Return Procedure
We offer a 21 day return policy on all orders except for special order parts. We charge a 20% restocking fee on all orders unless it is an error on our part. All shipping must be pre-paid by the customer. To return an order from Overnight Auto Parts you MUST email shipping@overnightautoparts.com your order number, part number for return, reason, full name, and email address. You will be emailed a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) return number and instructions within 4-5 business days. If you return a part without getting a return number first, your return will be refused and we will have no way to track your return. Please follow the instructions to ensure your return process will be completed as quickly and accurately as possible.
